Children’s Dental Health Data Breach: Potential Legal Action and Compensation for Affected Customers

Children’s Dental Health, a partner practice of Chord Specialty Dental Partners, was affected by a data breach originating from Chord’s systems. Chord Specialty Dental Partners discovered suspicious activity in an employee email account on September 11, 2024, and later confirmed that an unauthorized party may have accessed sensitive personal information between August 19 and September 25, 2024. The compromised data includes names, Social Security numbers, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, bank account details, payment card information, medical records, and health insurance information. Chord announced the breach on March 14, 2025.

Attorneys are investigating a potential class action lawsuit to seek compensation for affected individuals. If you received a breach notice, you may be eligible for legal remedies—consider signing up for updates and exploring your rights.

THERE ARE NO COSTS TO PARTICIPATE—LEGAL FEES ARE SOLELY PAID FROM THE FINAL SETTLEMENT OR JUDGMENT, WITH NO OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR YOU.
